- 3+ Years of experience in Quest One identity Manager.
- Experience in handling complex support related requests related to One identity manager.
- Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Good understanding about JML Process, workflows.
- Good understanding about RBAC, Dynamic Group concepts.
- Incident Management: Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client
- Valuable knowledge in SQL
- Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor.

Knowledge in Ping Federate / DUO is an advantage
