job Title: Quick Commerce Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage and streamline end-to-end operations of our quick commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and last-mile delivery to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations ManagementOversee daily quick commerce operations including order processing and fulfillment

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders within defined SLAs

Monitor and improve operational efficiency and turnaround time

- Inventory & Warehouse ManagementMaintain accurate inventory levels across dark stores / warehouses

Coordinate stock replenishment and demand forecasting

Minimize stock-outs and wastage

- Vendor & Partner CoordinationLiaise with suppliers, delivery partners, and third-party vendors

Ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations

Negotiate and manage vendor performance

- Last-Mile Delivery ManagementCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery

Track delivery performance metrics and optimize routes

Resolve delivery-related issues and escalations





- Customer ExperienceMonitor customer feedback and resolve complaints

Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Work closely with support teams to improve user experience

- Data & ReportingTrack KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, delivery time, and cancellations

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Use data insights to drive process improvements

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field

1–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics

Strong understanding of hyperlocal delivery models

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP tools is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills:Experience with quick commerce platforms (e.g., dark store operations)

Robust analytical mindset

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with inventory management systems

On-time delivery percentage

Inventory accuracy

Return & cancellation rate

Working Conditions:Flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays if required)
