About the Role
We are looking for a Studio Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations, photography/videography activities, and production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with studio equipment, camera setup, production arrangements, and ensuring smooth execution of shoots and studio activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of the studio.
Support photographers, videographers, and production teams during shoots.
Assist with camera, lighting, audio, and other studio equipment setup and handling.
Ensure all studio equipment is properly arranged, maintained, and ready for use.
Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment before and after shoots.
Support production activities including props, backdrops, lighting arrangements, and other requirements.
Maintain proper inventory and ensure the safe storage of studio equipment and accessories.
Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth shoot execution.
Troubleshoot basic equipment-related issues and coordinate for repairs when required.
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and production-ready.
Assist with outdoor shoots, events, and other production activities when required.
Follow safety procedures while handling cameras, lighting equipment, electrical equipment, and other studio assets.
Essential Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of studio equipment, cameras, lighting, and production support.
Positive understanding of basic studio setup and shoot requirements.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in studio operations and production assistance.
Experience supporting photography, videography, media production, or creative production activities will be preferred.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio equipment.
Understanding of lighting
