Position: IT Support Executive

Job Description:



We are looking for an energetic and hands-on IT Support Executive to manage and resolve day-to-day technical issues across the office. This role involves first-line support for hardware and software problems, basic network troubleshooting, and ensuring all systems run smoothly for internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide in office IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot and resolve system breakages, slowdowns, and common tech-related concerns
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment
Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations
Support the IT team in maintaining inventory and asset tagging
Ensure basic system hygiene, including antivirus checks and timely updates
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated issues when required
Document recurring issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
