Mobile Development & Platform Compatibility
Develop new functionality and fix issues in mobile automation libraries across iOS, Android, and Flutter.
Keep the mobile stack compatible with new iOS, Android, Xcode, and Flutter releases.
Contribute to mobile R&D; initiatives such as WebDriverAgent-based automation and SwiftUI/Flutter support.
Troubleshooting & Release Management
Troubleshoot customer-escalated mobile issues, including crashes after instrumentation, element identification failures, and replay failures.
Own mobile release logistics: certificates, provisioning profiles, entitlements, keystores,
customer-specific builds, IPA/APK re-signing, and artifact publishing.
Maintain internal documentation covering mobile internals, build processes, and signing processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Expertise in iOS development with Objective-C (including non-ARC code) and Swift.
Minimum of 5 years of mobile development experience, with a primary focus on iOS.
Deep understanding of UIKit and the Objective-C runtime — swizzling, private APIs, synthesized events, and accessibility.
Solid knowledge of Apple code signing: certificates, provisioning profiles, entitlements, and IPA export/re-signing.
Experience building static/dynamic libraries and XCFrameworks with xcodebuild and shell scripts.
Ability to read, debug, and modify Android (Java/Kotlin, Gradle) and Flutter/Dart code.
