Role Description
Brute Sports LLP is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of our growth. As we expand our fitness centres and strengthen the Brute brand, this role will own revenue growth, collections, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
This is not a desk-only role.



We need someone who can build relationships, close opportunities, improve conversions, ensure timely collections, and help turn Brute into a larger, stronger fitness and combat sports brand.
Key Responsibilities
Drive membership sales, revenue growth, renewals, and timely collections
Build and manage partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, communities, and local businesses
Identify expansion opportunities, recent locations, and additional revenue streams
Develop lead-generation, conversion, retention, and referral strategies
Negotiate partnerships and commercial agreements
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with operations, coaching, and marketing teams to deliver business targets
Build strong relationships with members, partners, and prospective clients
Maintain performance reports, pipeline tracking, collection status, and growth plans
