About:
GrowthOS is building the intelligence layer for AI agent journeys across docs, browser sessions, authentication, APIs, and MCP tools.

We’re looking for a high-agency Founding Product Designer to own design end to end and work directly with the founders.

This is not a typical product design role. You’ll be our first design hire, helping shape the product from the ground up, simplify complex workflows, and define how GrowthOS looks and feels across product, website, and brand.

What you'll own
Turn complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
Own product design from early concepts to polished shipped UI
Work directly with founders on product direction and key product decisions
Build and evolve the design system and overall design language
Maintain a consistent visual identity across product, website, and social




Use AI-native workflows to move faster across research, ideation, and execution

What we're looking for
2+ years designing B2B products
Experience working with early-stage startups
Solid product thinking, not just visual design
Sharp eye for detail and interaction quality
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high ownership
Strong Figma skills
Actively use AI tools to improve speed and quality

Bonus: Experience with developer tools, analytics, infrastructure, or AI products.

Compensation: ₹12LPA - ₹18LPA + equity
