Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing recent client relationships, as well as expanding business opportunities with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential investors, presenting WealthQube’s services, understanding client needs,



and collaborating with the advisory team to craft suitable wealth management solutions. The role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and outcomes. The Business Development Manager will also support marketing initiatives, attend events, and represent the firm in the Pune Division market to enhance brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune
Division.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
Knowledge of financial products and services, such as mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, wealth planning, and estate or succession planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to high-net-worth and retail clients.
