At Talk & Target, we’re looking for an Art Director with a strong design foundation and hands-on expertise in AI-driven creative production. You’ll lead visual storytelling across campaigns, branding, social, digital, and advertising while exploring how Generative AI can push creative boundaries.

This role is for someone who can think like an Art Director, execute like a designer, and use AI as a powerful creative partner not just as a tool.

What You’ll Do

Creative Direction & Concept Development

* Translate business and marketing briefs into powerful, original creative concepts.
* Lead the creative journey from ideation and concept development to final execution.
* Develop visually compelling campaigns that balance creativity, storytelling, brand identity, and business objectives.
* Create creative directions, mood boards, storyboards, visual references,



and campaign prototypes.
* Develop strong visual systems that maintain consistency across campaigns and brand touchpoints.

AI-Driven Creative Production

* Develop AI-first creative workflows for images, videos, animations, 3D, audio, and other emerging formats.
* Use Generative AI to rapidly explore and develop multiple creative directions.
* Create AI-generated visuals, product concepts, environments, key visuals, storyboards, and campaign prototypes.
* Work across the complete AI production process from concept, prompting, storyboarding, and generation to editing, VFX, sound, colour, and final delivery.
* Continuously experiment with current AI models, platforms, and creative technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of creative output.

Cinematic Video, Motion & Visual Storytelling

* Conceptualise and create AI films, commercials, product films, motion graphics, and social content.
