Position Summary

Admin Manager (Preferred Ex-Serviceman / Military Background)

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, facilities, security, transport, housekeeping, vendor management, asset management, and employee support services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Preference will be given to candidates from the Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, or other disciplined services due to their robust leadership, operational planning, and crisis management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Facilities

Manage office administration operations across all locations.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office infrastructure.
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, guest house, and reception services.
Manage office seating, space utilization, and facility improvements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Security & Safety

Supervise physical security operations.
Manage security guards and access control systems.
Monitor CCTV surveillance and incident reporting.




Conduct emergency response drills and evacuation exercises.
Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations.
Vendor & Contract Management

Manage vendors for security, housekeeping, transport, maintenance, and facility services.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Monitor SLAs and vendor performance.
Ensure timely renewals and cost optimization.
Asset & Inventory Management

Maintain records of office assets and consumables.
Conduct periodic audits and physical verification.
Manage procurement requests and inventory controls.
Transportation & Logistics

Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and travel logistics.
Ensure vehicle maintenance, documentation, and compliance.
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Support audits including ISO, ISMS, SOC2, and client compliance requirements.
Maintain records, SOPs, and administrative documentation.
