Role Description The State Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Sirmour, responsible for driving regional growth and managing state-level operations for ISH Solar. This role oversees sales and business development activities, builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors,



institutional clients, and government bodies, and ensures achievement of revenue and market share targets. The State Head coordinates with cross-functional teams for project execution, supply chain, and service support, while monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement plans. Daily responsibilities include planning and reviewing state-wise strategies, leading and mentoring local teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. The role also involves representing ISH Solar at regional events, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s solar panels, cells, and solutions across the state.
