Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, or Nutrition Ingredients.
Direct experience in the same industry is mandatory.
Solid understanding of the Human Nutrition market in the assigned region.
Existing network of manufacturers, nutrition brands, supplement companies, distributors, and other relevant customers.
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and converting prospects into business.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Candidates without relevant Human Nutrition/Nutraceutical industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute business development activities within the assigned region.
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop business with nutrition manufacturers, supplement brands, contract manufacturers, distributors, and other industry players.
Generate leads through market research, industry networks, customer visits, and referrals.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and drive the sales process through to closure.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities in the region.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular business development report
