SG India Engineering Private Limited is seeking experienced Rebar Detailers / Senior Rebar Detailers with expertise in US standards to support structural engineering projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate rebar detailing drawings and bar bending schedules in accordance with US codes and project specifications. This position is suitable for professionals with 2-7 years of relevant experience in rebar detailing for US-based projects. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare rebar detailing drawings and bar bending schedules as per US standards • Interpret structural drawings and specifications for reinforced concrete structures • Perform quantity take-offs and material estimation for rebar • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards • Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and internal teams • Review and check detailing outputs for quality and constructability (for Senior Rebar Detailer role)
