The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing HR operations in all four countries – USA, Canada, India, and Greece. This includes experience in local employment practices, HR compliance, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
The Global Head HR will work closely with the CEO, CXOs, Country Heads, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to build a scalable, high-performance, globally aligned organization supporting TAC Security's continued international growth.
Key Responsibilities

1. Global HR Strategy
Develop and execute TAC Security's global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead HR operations across USA, Canada, India, and Greece.
Establish standardized global HR policies, processes, systems, and governance.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational structure.
Build HR strategies to support rapid business and international expansion.

2. Country HR Management




The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective HR management across all four countries:
USA
US employment practices, HR policies, employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave, hiring, and termination.
Understanding of federal and applicable state employment requirements.
Employee classification and employment documentation.
Canada
Canadian employment standards and HR practices.
Provincial employment requirements.
Payroll, benefits, leave, employee relations, hiring, and termination.
Coordination with Canadian payroll and HR partners.
India
Indian employment and labor regulations.
Payroll and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, etc., as applicable.
Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Greece
Greek employment practices and statutory HR requirements.
