As a Manager – International Business & Market Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in building CLYZO’s international business for its Specialty Chemicals portfolio.

This role goes beyond export sales—you will be responsible for identifying international opportunities, developing markets, launching products, building distributor and customer networks, and driving revenue growth across global markets.

You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute CLYZO’s international expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
International Business Development
Develop international sales strategies for Specialty Chemicals.
Identify target markets, customers, distributors, and partners.




Generate and convert export enquiries into business.
Build and manage a strong international customer pipeline.
Drive market expansion and new business opportunities.
International Product Launch & Market Expansion
Plan and execute international product launches.
Identify market opportunities, competition, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
Develop market-entry strategies for recent countries.
Drive product expansion and market penetration across international markets.
Export Sales & Commercial Operations
Manage the end-to-end export sales cycle from enquiry to payment.
Handle quotations, pricing, negotiations, and customer relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Regulatory, and Finance for order execution.
Ensure timely export documentation, shipments, and receivables.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Research international markets, competitors, pricing, and regulations.
Identify high-potential markets and pr
