Role Description The Deputy Manager – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for premium villa plots, including lead generation, client meetings, property walkthroughs, and negotiation to closure. The Deputy Manager – Sales will maintain and grow a network of channel partners, brokers, and high-net-worth clients, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company processes. This role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets,



and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support launches and promotional activities. The individual is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service, represent the brand professionally, and support strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or luxury property sales, preferably in villa plots or high-end residential projects.
Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits, and manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
