Business Analyst (BA) –
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering, and QE teams.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, including identifying business needs, dependencies, business rules, and edge cases.
Hands-on experience in writing clear and well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
Good understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ability to work with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog and ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before entering a sprint.




Ability to facilitate requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions across business and technical teams.
Experience supporting development and QE teams throughout the sprint by providing timely requirement and acceptance-criteria clarifications.
Ability to identify cross-team dependencies, gaps, risks, and ambiguities early and drive them toward resolution.
Experience working in a large enterprise Agile workplace with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Airline/travel domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
