Mastercam is expanding both our Software Engineering and Digital Systems organizations, and we're growing our Quality Control and Software Testing teams right alongside them.

Our Software Engineering Quality teams help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Mastercam, the world's leading CAD/CAM software platform used by manufacturers across the globe. These teams work closely with Agile development teams to validate current features, develop automated testing solutions, identify defects, and help deliver world-class software to our customers.

Our Digital Systems Quality teams focus on the business-critical systems that support Mastercam's global operations. These teams validate Salesforce solutions, enterprise integrations, APIs, ecommerce platforms, and digital experiences that enable employees, partners, and customers to work efficiently and effectively.

Whether you're passionate about manual testing, test automation, API validation, system integrations, Salesforce platforms, ecommerce applications, or Agile quality practices, you'll play a critical role in helping Mastercam deliver exceptional technology solutions.

How You’ll Drive Success

Depending on the team and role, you may:

- Test and validate software used by manufacturers around the world.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites.
- Validate cloud applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
- Test Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other business-critical systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and end-to-end business process integrity.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define quality expectations early in the development lifecycle.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, performance,



and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and verify defects while helping improve overall quality processes.
- Contribute to Agile teams by providing risk analysis, release readiness assessments, and quality recommendations.
