Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration.

Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the development ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements that elevate the quality and reliability of software throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality engineering practices.
- Monitor testing processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services platforms.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud-based systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and service availability.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
