Job Title Quality Analyst

Location Noida - Hybrid – (3dpw typically in the office)

The Role –

Ability to work as individual contributor as well as a team player

- Hands on product / solution testing knowledge are a must.
- Must be experienced in testing the Web and desktop based applications.
- Good testing and Analytical skills.
- Meet schedules and deadlines as per the project requirements.
- Prepare Test Scenarios/Test Cases, Test Data and execute functional and non-functional testing.
- Develop test cases for Regression testing, System testing, error or bug retests.
- communicate with development and support teams in resolving customer issues.
- Work with development team to investigate and replicate defects

What you will need -

· 4-6 yrs. of Experience on Manual Testing- Web Based/Desktop Applications.

· Good understanding of testing methodologies and concepts

· Understanding of SDLC, STLC, test case design, Generation and Test execution.

· Working experience of Quality Centre

· Defect Tracking and Reporting skills.

· Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload.

· Good Communication and Logical Skills.

The Role –
- Proven track record of investigation and problem-solving ability

- Owning an issue and self-guidance until the issue has been resolved.

- Using an ITSM tool as task workflow to resolve incidents and deliver requests

- Establishing a good working relationship with the business and 3rd party support personnel

- Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support a quality deliverables.

- Systems monitoring.

- Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications

- Administer backups and restores

- Patching servers





- Performance monitoring IT infrastructure.

- Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software, firewalls and endpoints.

- Administer Active Directory including Group Policies

- Administer and monitor Virtual / Cloud server infrastructure

- Build new server

- Network trouble shooting, TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN trouble shooting.

- 24 x 7 support via a standby rota

What you will need -

· Requirements for the 3rd Line Technical Engineer

· Essential

· Azure IaaS Hands on experience with administering and maintaining Microsoft Azure/Office 365

· VMware Technologies

· Windows Server Operating System

· Server Hardware

· Server storage

· Microsoft Exchange Server / Online including email routing

· Exposure/Experience with Active Directory Policy Administration

· Group Policy Management

· Multi-domain environment

· DNS principles TCPIP

· Basic networking support

· Exposure/Experience migrating into the cloud using Microsoft Azure
