Construction does not have to be chaos. We run salaried crews, not subcontractors. Twenty nine quality gates a project has to pass before it moves. A daily report the client reads on their phone, from anywhere in the world. This is what a construction company looks like when it is built like a systems company.
You hold the line on workmanship and material. The QC programme is yours to run independently, and nothing clears because someone is in a hurry. You control what gets accepted on site: the mix, the steel, the finish, the tolerance. If it does not meet the specification, it does not pass, and that call is yours to make.
5 to 8 years in quality control. Solid on IS codes and material science, and able to argue a specification from first principles rather than from habit. Telugu, Hindi and English. Driving licence and own vehicle. Excellent package for the right candidate.
