We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Tester with strong experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications, along with growing expertise in test automation and AI model validation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end testing activities, ensuring that releases meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and data/AI teams to identify, report, and verify defects across traditional applications as well as AI-driven features, contributing directly to a smooth and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.

Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, smoke, and compatibility testing across devices and browsers.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.

Integrate automated tests into development workflows to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Jira.

Verify bug fixes and perform retesting during release cycles.

Maintain clear and concise test documentation, including test cases, automation scripts, results, and reports.

Participate in release validation and provide quality sign-off for production deployments.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and best practices.

AI Model Testing Responsibilities





Validate AI/ML model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different scenarios.

Design test cases for edge cases, bias detection, and model robustness.

Evaluate model performance using metrics such as precision, recall, and accuracy.

Conduct prompt/response testing for AI-driven features (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems).

Identify issues like hallucinations, incorrect predictions, or unexpected model behavior.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

Manual Testing

Hands-on experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications.

Solid experience testing on iOS and Android platforms across different devices and OS versions.

Solid understanding of web testing across major browsers and responsive designs.

Automation Testing

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.

Understanding of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, etc.).

Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssued.

AI/ML Testing

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and model behavior.

Experience in testing AI-driven applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, etc.).

Ability to analyze model outputs and identify anomalies or bias.

General Skills

Proficiency in using bug tracking tools such as Jira.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams.
