Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the Project Quality Assurance &
- Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.
- Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and contract requirements.
- Establish quality procedures, inspection checklists, and method statements for site activities.
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including QA engineers and site inspectors.
- Review and approve Inspection &
- Test Plans (ITP) and quality documentation.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
- Monitor concrete quality through slump tests, cube testing, and laboratory coordination.
- Verify material approvals, factory test certificates, and incoming material inspections.
- Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective &
- Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors,



and project teams during inspections.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Maintain QA/QC records including MIRs, RFIs, test reports, and inspection reports.
- Analyze quality trends and prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports.
- Provide quality training and toolbox sessions to engineers and site staff.
- Ensure timely closure of client observations and handover quality documentation.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15+ years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise building or large civil construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, concrete technology, and finishing quality standards.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
