Position: Performance & Load Testing Engineer Engagement Mode: Not specified Location: Not specified Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance & Load Testing Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing tools, observability platforms, and cloud technologies. The role involves conducting load testing, scalability modeling, performance analysis, and root cause analysis to ensure application reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will work with up-to-date CI/CD pipelines, API testing frameworks, and GenAI tools to drive performance engineering excellence across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute performance and load testing strategies using JMeter and Gatling
- Conduct performance analysis and root cause analysis for identified bottlenecks
- Perform load testing and scalability modeling for applications
- Execute API testing using HTTP/REST and messaging protocols




- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Monitor and analyze application performance using observability tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, and AppDynamics
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Java, Scala, and Python
- Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Leverage GenAI tools such as Copilot and Amazon Q to enhance testing productivity
