: QA Engineer – ECRM & CDP Programme (RWS)Role Purpose The QA Engineer is responsible for executing testing activities across CRM and CDP, ensuring functional correctness, data accuracy, and integration quality. The role supports Sprint testing, SIT, UAT, ORT, regression testing and non-functional testing by designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and automation scripts under QA Manager governance.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in functional and integration testing
- Knowledge of CRM/CDP systems preferred
- Experience with test automation tools (Tosca, Neoload)
- Understanding of APIs and data validation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

- Test Execution
- Execute test cases across Sprints, SIT, ORT phases
- Validate functional requirements and business workflows
- Test Automation & Regression test execution
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Tosca)
- Support execution of automated regression and performance tests
- Integration Testing Support
- Execute end-to-end integration test scenarios across CRM, CDP, and external systems




- Validate API responses, data flows, and error handling
- Data & Migration Testing
- Perform data validation for migration and Customer 360 profiles
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and transformation rules
- UAT Support
- Support business users during UAT execution
- Log, track, and retest defects
- Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)
- Execute real-world test scenarios in production-like environments
- Validate system behavior under operational conditions
- Non-Functional Testing Support
- Assist in performance, failover, and security testing
- Execute test scripts and capture results
- Defect Management
- Log defects with explicit reproduction steps and severity
- Retest fixes and support closure process
- Documentation
- Maintain test cases, test data, and execution logs
- Support preparation of test reports
