About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer specializing in Agentic AI and Autonomous AI Systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that enable autonomous decision-making and intelligent automation. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, reliable, and innovative AI-driven applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI frameworks, orchestration workflows, and integration techniques, along with a strong background in backend development and DevOps practices. This position offers an exciting prospect to work on groundbreaking AI projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI and automation. A strong understanding of Agentic AI and Autonomous AI Systems is essential,



along with hands-on experience in AI agent frameworks and orchestration workflows. Proficiency in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing AI automation solutions is required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent API development and integration skills, along with knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design. A solid background in scalable backend development using Python, coupled with basic DevOps knowledge including CI/CD, deployment, and environment management, is necessary. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are also critical.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions utilizing Python and related frameworks.
- Build and optimize agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows to enhance automation capabilities.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI components into scalable backend applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and automation processes.
- Implement orchestration workflows using AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Ensure the scalability, security,



and robustness of AI solutions through best practices in software engineering and DevOps.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and related technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AI systems in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
