Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including handling purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records,



monitoring inventory levels, negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines, and collaborating with production and quality teams to align purchases with project and operational needs.

The role also involves tracking vendor performance, resolving discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries, and supporting cost optimization and compliance with company purchasing policies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Purchase Management, including experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes, vendor coordination, and basic negotiation practices.
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to use MS Office and basic ERP or purchasing software for data entry and reporting.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics industry purchasing is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site full-time in Bhiwandi and collaborate in a fast-paced production setting.
