Key Responsibilities:

- Client Intake & Assessment: Listen actively to clients' concerns, understand their emotional distress,

- Demystify the Therapy Journey: Educate first-time clients on why professional counselling matters and walk them step-by-step through how the therapy process works.
- Consultation & Transparency: Guide clients through our expert therapist tiers, explaining pricing, session structures, and the value of working with certified, experienced therapists.
- Therapist Matching: Ensure clients are matched with the right therapist based on language, individual needs, and therapeutic modalities.
