Role Description The Property Manager – Gurugram (Entry Level) will manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, consistent guest communication, and prompt resolution of issues. This role involves coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, conducting regular property inspections, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The Property

Manager will update booking calendars, monitor occupancy,



support dynamic pricing decisions, and provide accurate property status reports to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include building positive relationships with property owners, collecting feedback from guests and owners, and assisting with process improvements and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular presence at properties and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, owners, and internal teams.
- Customer service and hospitality skills, including empathy, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Basic operational and organizational skills for coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
- Comfort with technology, such as property management systems, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
- Attention to detail and reliability in managing bookings, property readiness, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, with flexibility for local travel between properties.
- Entry-level experience in property management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
