Cosmic Integrated Institute of Psychology, Cyber Security & Social Impact (CIIPS) is expanding its team in Dhantoli, Nagpur, and we are looking for passionate professionals and researchers who want to work at the intersection of Psychology, Cybersecurity, Technology, Research and Social Impact.

Preferred background: Master’s/PhD in Organisational, Industrial, Applied or related Psychology.
- Academic Advisor – PsychologyWork closely with CIIPS on:
- Academic strategy and guidance
- Curriculum development and academic quality enhancement
- Mentoring students, researchers and faculty
- Research development and evidence-based practices
- Academic collaborations and institutional partnerships
- Academic standards and institutional development
- Representing CIIPS at academic forums and conferences
Preferred background: PhD in Psychology, with solid academic/research experience. Postdoctoral experience and academic leadership experience will be an advantage.
- Student Psychologist / Psychology InternFor candidates pursuing or recently completing Psychology degrees.
Responsibilities may include
- Supporting psychologists with assessments and observations
- Assisting in psychoeducational workshops and awareness programs
- Research and report preparation
- Documentation and non-clinical case records
- Data entry and research assistance
- Supporting outreach and social-impact initiatives
- Assisting with psychology-related projects under appropriate supervision
Preferred background: BA/MA/MSc Psychology or currently pursuing Psychology.
- Cyberpsychology & Behavioural ResearchWe are particularly interested in researchers working at the intersection of human behaviour and technology.

- Cyber Behaviour & Narrative ResearchWork on emerging areas involving psychology, cybersecurity and online behaviour, including:
- Online narratives and emerging trends
- Social media behaviour and psychology
- Digital misinformation and disinformation
- Algorithmic influence and online communities
- OSINT-supported behavioural research
- NLP and qualitative content analysis
- Behavioural insights for policy, education and awareness programs
Strong analytical, research, writing and critical-thinking skills are important for this role.
- Researcher / Lead Researcher – Behavioural Insights & Human-Tech InteractionFor experienced researchers capable of independently driving research projects.
Responsibilities may include
- Designing and leading interdisciplinary research projects
- Developing research frameworks and methodologies
- Conducting behavioural and cognitive studies
- Managing research teams and collaborations
- Preparing research papers, reports and evidence-based recommendations
- Developing research tools, models and interventions
- Publishing and presenting research
- Identifying research grants and collaboration opportunities
Preferred background:
PhD in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioural Science or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated research experience. What We Look ForDepending on the position, we value:
