Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Noida.

The Property

Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end property transaction process, including understanding requirements, identifying suitable options, conducting site visits, and presenting recommendations. The role involves managing client inquiries, explaining project features, pricing, and financing options, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closures.

Consultant will maintain updated knowledge of local real estate trends, collect and analyze market data,



and contribute to sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and relationship building. The position also requires accurate record-keeping in CRM or other tools and participation in promotional events and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to understand client needs, advise on suitable properties, and navigate local regulations and market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, deliver transparent information, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing capabilities, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets ethically.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with CRM tools, basic financial literacy related to property transactions, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace.
