Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of electrification projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards, and handling inspection and quality activities. The role also involves expediting materials and equipment, supervising logistics and site operations,



preparing project documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, and coordination capabilities.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Expediting of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess inspection skills, including Inspection, quality checks, and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics skills, such as Logistics Management, vendor coordination, and supply chain follow-up.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Civil, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in EPC, electrical infrastructure, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality.
