Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Shahada.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with site teams, contractors, and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress against timelines, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues that may affect project delivery. The role involves frequent site inspections, documentation of project status, and preparation of reports for management and stakeholders.

Manager will also collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient on-site operations.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and control skills, including Project Management and Expediting, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with strong follow-up, vendor coordination, and materials tracking capabilities.
- Inspection skills with the ability to conduct on-site checks, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Logistics Management skills for planning material movement, managing supply chains, and optimizing on-site delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead diverse in office teams, make timely decisions, and work under deadlines.
- Working knowledge of project management tools, construction scheduling, and basic MS Office.
- Commitment to safety practices and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
