About the Role

Syngrid Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with international clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects while maintaining robust client relationships and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end software development and implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Support teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into project deliverables.




- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor project team members and promote best project management practices.
- Continuously improve project execution methodologies and delivery processes.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise software, ERP, CRM, WMS, Mobile Applications, and Web Application projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) development teams.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL database architecture, optimization, and database-driven application development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
