PROJECT MANAGER - OFFICE INTERIORS

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercial office interior projects across India.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years in commercial office interior/fit-out projects
- Experience working with International Project Consultants (ICP) – MANDATORY
- Strong turnkey interior execution experience
- MEP coordination experience
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, costing, project schedules & budgets
- Client, consultant, vendor & site coordination
- Strong project planning, execution & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Project
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage projects from planning through handover
- Coordinate with ICPs, clients, consultants and vendors
- Manage site execution, MEP, procurement, quality and timelines
- Monitor budgets, schedules and project documentation
- Resolve project risks, delays and execution issues

IMPORTANT

Candidates must have relevant Commercial Office Interior/Fit-out experience and prior ICP coordination experience. Candidates from unrelated industries or without ICP exposure will NOT be considered.
