Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for power and infrastructure projects at the Patna site, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and cost control. This full-time, on-site role involves planning project activities, defining scopes, scheduling tasks, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain smooth workflow.

The Project

Manager will monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, supervise expediting and logistics activities, and ensure proper inspection and documentation at each stage. The role also includes preparing reports,



aligning project execution with contractual and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in processes and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with suppliers and service providers.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and acceptance of materials and work done.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, scheduling, and coordination across project sites.
- Relevant experience in power, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with skilled certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with capacity to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
- Ability to work safely and compliantly within industrial environments, and willingness to be based full-time in Patna.
