Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion and handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, material planning, billing, and variations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and review DPRs, WPRs, MIS reports, progress dashboards, and project documentation.




- Manage client and consultant communication, approvals, inspections, and project-related decisions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, costs, risks, and key challenges.
- Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to ensure effective project execution.

Key Requiremnets

- 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in independently managing construction projects from planning to handover.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, construction execution, cost control, and contractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contracts.
- Experience with MS Project / Primavera P6.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
