Project Manager – Corporate Interiors

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Corporate Interiors to lead and deliver high-quality corporate interior projects, with strong exposure to Grade-A commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project execution, stakeholder management, site operations, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage end-to-end corporate interior projects from initiation to successful handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage site teams and ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site reviews and provide project status updates to management.
- Drive timely closure of snags, testing & commissioning, and project handover.




- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- M.Tech: From NICMAR or RICS – Preferable.
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Corporate Interiors: Candidate must have entire relevant experience in corporate office interiors.
- Grade-A / Tier-A Project Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in either:
- Companies such as C&W;, CBRE, SKV, Spaze Matrix, Ambience, Knight Frank, Cherry Hill, or equivalent organizations; OR
- Successfully delivering projects in Grade-A commercial buildings for developers such as DLF, Prestige, Lodha, or equivalent.

Key Skills

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of civil, MEP, finishing, and interior execution.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and quality control.
- Strong client-facing and project management capabilities.
