Role Description The Project Manager role at Helios Intrix Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, including planning schedules, coordinating resources, and managing budgets. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients and internal teams, tracking project milestones, supervising procurement and deliveries, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The role also involves identifying and resolving issues, monitoring inspections,



and optimizing logistics to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience as an Expeditor with proficiency in Expediting to manage orders, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Competence in Logistics Management to oversee deliveries, inventory, and on-site coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office applications.
