Role Description The Project Manager – Fitouts is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end interior fitout projects for commercial real estate spaces. The role includes planning project timelines and budgets, coordinating with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all work aligns with client specifications, building standards, and safety regulations.

The Project

Manager will monitor site progress, conduct inspections, manage expediting of materials and services, and resolve day-to-day issues to keep projects on schedule and within cost.



This position also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating project status to clients and leadership to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Robust project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing fitout or construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with expediting and expeditor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Proficiency in inspection processes to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Logistics management skills to coordinate vendors, site deliveries, and resource allocation across multiple project stages.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of interior fitout standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proven problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities; prior experience in commercial real estate projects is an advantage.
