Hyd based Project Manager

Role Summary/Purpose

The person in this role will lead, manage and iterate the transformational vision and roadmap to drive new data driven strategies, technologies, and operational practices across all L3 process teams, including Applicable System Solutions. This person, will be responsible for leading all phases of project management to include, but limited to, developing business requirements, process or product design, creating detailed project plan documentation, business implementation, validation, process controls and support of application solutions for the Operation's team, while partnering closely with the Technology team, industry leaders, and outside consulting firms.

Essential Responsibilities

· Lead and drive strategic and highly complex projects prioritized by SLT

· Drive business results with proper project management rigor that includes methodology, adherence to timelines, project governance, documentation and regulatory compliance

· Develop and implement transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals

· Ensure project management methodology deliverables (including but not limited to functional requirements, technical requirements, test plans, conversion/deployment plans and operational control plans) are accurate, completed and delivered on time

· Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, document, and execute transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation

· Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization. Provide guidance, support,



and coaching to stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

· Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

· Drive and lead customer & agent experience initiatives; process and technology. Leadership, expertise, and dotted line management to a team of multiple sub-process owners cross functionally.

· Once the initiative is deployed regular monitor and track progress of transformation initiatives, measuring the impact and continue to identify areas for improvement

· Stay informed about organization trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Qualifications/Requirements

· 8+ years in Exempts handling experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience working on Projects and presenting to the leadership team

· Proficient in Vision & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Work Timings 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

Duration: 6 to 9 months (may extend) – on T&M; basis. To start as soon as possible.
