Build partnerships with insurance companies and launch Vision Sure benefits in their health insurance offerings, both for retail health and group health business Manage (few) Insurance accounts and drive sales through insurance companies and linked insurance intermediaries Continue to build new products for Vision benefits with Insurance companies, and manage the internal processes of Insurance companies to take these products live Drive sales of the Vision Sure insurance product or wellness package through partnerships with Insurance intermediaries Build current partnerships with insurance intermediaries Provide feedback for product development to create new and innovative vision care solutions Assist internal sales team in building stronger relationships with insurance companies REQUIREMENTPrior experience in insurance, insurtech, or insurance distribution, specifically within Health Insurance and Employee Benefits (Group benefits,
