Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead and scale organic growth across all GEDU Global brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing a unified, enterprise-level SEO strategy that supports multi-brand, multi-market business objectives.

The role requires deep expertise in SEO within the education sector, solid command of AI-driven search optimization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to drive student acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Global & Multi-Brand SEO Strategy

Define, own, and execute the global SEO strategy across all GEDU Global brands, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and enrollment goals.
Establish standardized SEO frameworks, governance, and best practices while allowing flexibility for brand-specific nuances.
Set, track, and optimize SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and ROI at both brand and group levels.

AI-Led Search & Future-Ready SEO





Drive SEO strategies aligned with AI-powered search engines and experiences, including Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other AI content discovery platforms.
Optimize content for AI-driven results, semantic search, and evolving user intent.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends to future-proof GEDU’s organic presence.

Technical SEO Leadership

Oversee technical SEO audits and optimization across all brand websites, ensuring best-in-class site health, crawlability, indexation, and performance.
Partner with product, IT, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into website architecture, CMS, page speed, mobile-first design, and structured data.
Ensure consistency in technical standards across multiple domains and platforms.
