Key Responsibilities

Develop web-based forms and checklists using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Build energetic and responsive UI components for data capture
Implement form validation, conditional logic, and workflows
Design and maintain checklist templates for audits, inspections, and processes
Create reporting frameworks and dashboards from form submissions
Enable data export (Excel, CSV, PDF) and reporting integration
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Optimize forms for usability, performance, and accessibility

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with:
DOM manipulation and form validation
Responsive design techniques
Familiarity with:
JSON, APIs, and data handling
Version control tools (Git)

Preferred / Good To Have

Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, .NET, etc.)
Experience with Power Platform / SharePoint Forms
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
