The position will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining high standards of product quality, food safety, operational efficiency, cost control, hygiene, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Operations Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in line with business requirements. Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks, downtime, and operational inefficiencies. Optimize utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery, and production capacity.2.



Quality & Food Safety Ensure production processes comply with established quality, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain consistent product quality and minimize defects, rejection, and wastage. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, corrective actions, and compliance with internal and external audits.3. New Product Development Lead and coordinate recent product development (NPD) initiatives, including formulation, trials, testing, packaging, and commercialization.
