Role Description The Senior Collections Manager will lead and manage collection operations, focusing on optimizing recovery across multiple portfolios and client segments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing collection strategies, setting targets,



and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with client objectives and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising collection teams, reviewing complex cases, coordinating with legal and advisory partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Senior Collections Manager will analyze collection data, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cash flow. The role also requires building strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and supporting the development of technology-enabled collection solutions. Qualifications Robust expertise in debt recovery, portfolio management, and end-to-end collection processes.
