About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own the marketing function for mindX360 and demonstrate measurable commercial impact.
The role will translate business priorities into a focused marketing strategy that strengthens market positioning, engages target customers, creates qualified demand, and contributes to business growth.
This is a strategic and commercially minded role for someone who can connect marketing investment and activity to measurable business outcomes and work effectively across leadership, Sales, Business Development, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Own the annual marketing strategy, quarterly priorities, plans, and budget, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
Market & Brand Positioning: Define target markets, customer segments, value propositions, messaging, and thought-leadership priorities to strengthen market presence and differentiation.
Market Development & Growth:



Develop integrated marketing programs that build awareness, engage target customers, create qualified opportunities, and support growth across priority markets, industries, and accounts.
Content & Market Engagement: Shape the content and market engagement strategy across thought leadership, customer success stories, case studies, campaigns, digital channels, events, and other relevant touchpoints.
Business Partnership: Partner closely with leadership, Sales, Business Development, and technology teams to translate commercial priorities into focused marketing initiatives and go-to-market programs.
Performance & ROI: Establish transparent KPIs and demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, market growth, and overall business performance.
Market Intelligence: Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and continuously refin
