Job Purpose

To lead end-to-end Operating Expense (Opex) closure, financial analytics, and finance transformation initiatives across ABCL-NBFC, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled month, quarter, and year-end results. The role governs the close calendar, accruals/provisions, prepaid & amortization, cost allocations, and exception resolution; strengthens internal financial controls, maintains audit readiness, and delivers decision-grade analytics and dashboards to Finance leadership and Businesses.

The incumbent will also lead and manage Finance-led ERP transformation projects, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration,



process redesign, master data governance, UAT, change management, and post-go-live stabilization, while coordinating across Finance, Technology, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of best-in-class financial processes.
