We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine solid project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects.
Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures.
Work with architects and engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance,



performance, and cost optimization.
Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Act as the key technical and delivery interface for client stakeholders and provide executive-level project updates.
Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and delivery governance.
Identify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges to ensure predictable project execution.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data projects.
Strong technical understanding of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
Knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
