About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive International talent acquisition for our fast-growing marketplace business from our Bangalore hub. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands global hiring nuances,



and can move seamlessly between strategic and hands-on recruitment work.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles (e.g., Middle East, Southeast Asia, UK markets) across junior to mid-level positions in ecommerce functions - category management, marketplace operations, digital marketing, supply chain, customer experience, finance and HR.
Manage high-volume and multi-role hiring pipelines simultaneously, ensuring speed and quality across openings at different levels.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for overseas markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, regional platforms, headhunting, referrals, and talent mapping.
Manage end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across time zones, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, compensation benchmarks, and market availability for international positions
